Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing

    • Creates outline and plan for written and visual content for marketing: banners, brochures, flyers, social media, and website

    • Creates website content or online promotional materials

    • Prepares articles for online and in-person reach to target audience

    • Prepares research on relevant topics

    • Designs written and visual content for marketing: banners, brochures, flyers, social media, and website

    • Designs campaigns for online and in-person reach to target audience

    • Designs social media posts and creative content

  • Communications

    • Handles public relations, information delivery and advertising to improve customer relations.

    • Conducts information sessions and/or seminars for clients on relevant topics


Qualifications:

  • Basic: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recent related work experience

  • Preferred: Professional experience in supervisory roles in the field


Compensation:

  • The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.

Pretty sure your job description is illegal. VARIOUS rounds of interviews, no pay the first 30, and then crap pay after that.
