What is a Green Card?
A Permanent Resident Card, or Green Card for short, is an identity document which allows foreign nationals to live and work perminently in the United States.

Some of the benefits of being a Green Card holder is that you are eligible to recieve federal benefits such as education grants and social security. You are also entitle to in-states or resident tuition rates at several schools and institutions. Lastly, you may have more job opportunities than those individuals with a working visa.
Employment-Based Immigration EB2/EB3:

Employment Based: Second Preference (EB-2)
​
You may be eligible for an employment-based, second preference visa if you are a member of the professions holding an advanced degree or its equivalent, or a person who has exceptional ability.

Employment Based: Third Preference (EB-3)
​
You may be eligible for this immigrant visa preference category if you are a skilled worker, professional, or other worker.​​
A document that demands a U.S. employer to demonstrate that there are no U.S. workers with the bare minimum qualifications are available for the position

Once the Department of Labor (DOL) certifies the application, the employer then can apply and request a permanent residency or Green Card to the US Citizenship and Immigration Servies (USCIS) to be issued to the foreign employee.
Used as a petition for the USCIS to designate an alien beneficiary as being qualified for an immigrant visa based on employment.

Once approved, a notification of approval will be sent to International Programs, which we will then give to the foreign worker. Also included in this notice is a priority date.
