Job Responsibilities
Performs admin duties like answering phone calls, responding to clients. Learns about the business quickly and efficiently.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Follows the directives from the management efficiently.
Added duties (creative support trainee):
Assist marketing and sales teams - creative writing and content creation for campaigns; conducts seminars, information sessions, interviews, and meetings.
Note: All positions will involve assisting with office tasks like calls, seminars and events and cross-functional collaborations. We look for candidates who possess the flexibility to manage tasks.
Qualifications:
Basic:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recent related work experience
Effective English communication skills in written and verbal form
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
Experience in above mentioned tasks
Experience creating content and/or written campaigns
