IT Associate / System Administrator (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to oversee and maintain the organization's computer systems and technology infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of systems that support daily business and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to support end users, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment where technology plays a critical role in operational efficiency.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to system users.

  • Perform system updates, maintenance, and upgrades to keep technology infrastructure current and efficient.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support technology systems that facilitate manufacturing and business operations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational, administrative, and technology-related initiatives.


Note: All positions involve assisting with general office tasks, including phone calls, seminars, events, and cross-functional collaborations. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute across various functions as needed.


Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Professional experience in system administration, IT support, or a related technical field.

  • Experience supporting technology systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with operating systems, networking concepts, and business technology environments.


Compensation:

The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
