Job Responsibilities:
Manages logistics, inventory for organized and timely distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
Collaborates with suppliers and transport teams effectively
Record Keeping: Maintains record of inventory and effectively communicates to the management
Analyzes data, prepares reports and provides recommendations to optimize costs
Learn the systems, softwares, and best practices required on-site
Eligibility:
Basic
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in logistics, manufacturing operations and procedures
Experience in design, graphics, and IT for customer product support

Recruitment Process:
Round 1 Interview - Virtually on Zoom
Round 2 Interview - In-person with CSI at Glendale office
Round 3 Interview – In-person with the Employer (Downtown LA or the City of Commerce)
Round 4 Interview (if required) – In-person or on Zoom
If selected, a final In-Person meeting with CSI at Glendale office for an acceptance discussion
Note: During the interview process, candidates may also be considered for other roles that align with their educational background or professional experience, if applicable. This broader evaluation increases their chances of being accepted by the employer, especially if they are found to be a strong fit for alternative positions as well.
Pay Structure:
First 30 business days at work – Unpaid Observation Period
After a performance evaluation at the end of the Observation Period, if your performance is above average, you will move to a Paid Probationary Period for 3-6 months.
Salary starts close to the CA minimum wage. The range is $30,000 to $40,000 per year for a full-time role.
