Logistics and Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a background in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields. Brings strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently across teams and with external partners. Comfortable analyzing data, managing inventory systems, and adapting to on-site processes and technologies. Experience in logistics or manufacturing operations is preferred, and familiarity with design or IT tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages logistics, inventory for organized and timely distribution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies

• Collaborates with suppliers and transport teams effectively

• Record Keeping: Maintains record of inventory and effectively communicates to the management

• Analyzes data, prepares reports and provides recommendations to optimize costs

• Learn the systems, softwares, and best practices required on-site

Eligibility:

• Basic

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields

• Strong communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Preferred

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing operations and procedures

• Experience in design, graphics, and IT for customer product support

Compensation:

• The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
