Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts data analytics on social media, campaigns, and operations to extract actionable insights.

  • Identifies performance gaps and recommends strategic improvements based on data trends.

  • Researches and integrates AI tools to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Maintains and optimizes office information systems to eliminate bottlenecks.

  • Evaluates and compares available market solutions for business improvement.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.

  • Prepares regular reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.

  • Tracks KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational targets are met.


Qualifications:

  • Basic: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recent related work experience

  • Preferred: Professional experience in supervisory roles in the field


Compensation:

  • The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
