Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes financial statements, market trends, and data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Develops financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
Assists with variance analysis by comparing actual results to forecasts, identifying key performance drivers.
Conducts profitability and cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Supports investment and risk assessments through the evaluation of financial performance metrics.
Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Stays informed on industry trends, economic factors, and regulations that may impact financial performance.
Qualifications:
Basic:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Preferred:
Professional experience in supervisory roles.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Recruitment Process:
Round 1 Interview - Virtually on Zoom
Round 2 Interview - In-person with CSI at Glendale office
Round 3 Interview – In-person with the Employer (Downtown LA or the City of Commerce)
Round 4 Interview (if required) – In-person or on Zoom
If selected, a final In-Person meeting with CSI at Glendale office for an acceptance discussion
Note: During the interview process, candidates may also be considered for other roles that align with their educational background or professional experience, if applicable. This broader evaluation increases their chances of being accepted by the employer, especially if they are found to be a strong fit for alternative positions as well.
Pay Structure:
First 30 business days at work – Unpaid Observation Period
After a performance evaluation at the end of the Observation Period, if your performance is above average, you will move to a Paid Probationary Period for 3-6 months.
Salary starts close to the CA minimum wage. The range is $30,000 to $40,000 per year for a full-time role.
