Technical Warehouse (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

The Technical Warehouse position supports warehouse operations while incorporating basic technical, inventory, and organizational responsibilities. The role focuses on efficient product handling, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.

Job Description

• Receive, organize, move, and prepare products for shipment or distribution.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking.

• Operate warehouse equipment and follow established safety procedures.

• Inspect products and identify inventory discrepancies or damaged items.

• Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency.

• Perform physical activities involving lifting, carrying, and moving products.

• Assist with basic technical or system-related tasks associated with warehouse operations.

• Use inventory management systems, scanners, computers, or other warehouse technology as required.

• Support other warehouse and operational activities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent work experience; technical education preferred.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or technical experience preferred.

• Comfortable using computers and basic warehouse technology.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions.

• Reliable, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
