Job Summary
The IT Technical Support position provides technical assistance for hardware, software, systems, networks, and other technology-related concerns. The role supports troubleshooting, system maintenance, basic programming, and day-to-day technical operations while collaborating with employees across different business functions. Depending on business needs, the position may also support operational and warehouse activities.
Job Description
Provide technical support for computers, software, networks, systems, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
Assist users with technical concerns and provide timely solutions.
Perform basic system configuration, maintenance, testing, and documentation.
Utilize basic coding and programming knowledge to support technical requirements and process improvements.
Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Assist with system updates, software installations, and technology-related projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
Potential Additional Duties: Assist with warehouse and operational activities when needed, including organizing, moving, and handling products.
Support other business functions or operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of coding or programming.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in both technical and operational environments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to support additional operational responsibilities when needed.
Salary: The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
