LOS ANGELES – As 2023 comes to an end, CSI Professionals Inc. caps off its 30-year history of serving job seekers with expansion plans and a strong resolve to keep the American Dream alive for Filipinos in the US and the Philippines.
CSI founder and CEO Marge Ordiales-Martinez recently told a press conference in Los Angeles they were all set to help more Filipinos seek greener pastures in the US as they open a branch in the Philippines.
Martinez said she has felt blessed in her journey as an immigrant and wants to give back by helping provide job seekers – both in the US and the Philippines – with opportunities to achieve career success.
Martinez said her path that she shared with other immigrants was not an easy one, so she wants to be a source of support for those seeking a better life in the US.
At the press conference, Martinez shared her company’s success story and why it has been “a top choice for employment and immigration assistance” for the past three decades and known for its “personal touch.”

She highlighted CSI Professionals’ commitment and passion to guide their clients on the path to success.
CSI Professionals Analytics Specialist Anamika Sangwan discussed the interview and placement process, from Zoom interviews to getting a Green Card or permanent resident status.
Joining Martinez at the press conference were Sangwan, CSI Professionals Director Rene Martinez, Office Manager Kathy Bunyi and Marketing Specialist Lianne Sauvage.
Giving back
Celebrating their company’s 30th anniversary this year, Martinez has announced the launch of the CSI-MHO Global Foundation in honor of her late mother, Dr. Norma Huvilla-Ordiales.
“I have learned the value of community, and of reaching out and giving back,” Martinez said. “I have been blessed and giving back is my way of sharing the blessings that I have received.”
Martinez said the foundation is not limited to the local community and transcends “borders, race and culture.”
The foundation has identified two beneficiaries: St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and St. Scholastica’s College (SSC) in Manila, said Martinez, who attended high school at SSC.
As she reflects on her 30-year journey as founder of CSI Professionals and looks forward to the new year, she shares this bible verse that has been her source of comfort and inspiration:
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
