Job Description
Review financial transactions, records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Conduct account reconciliations and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Utilize QuickBooks to review and maintain financial information.
Evaluate financial processes and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management.
Investigate financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain organized audit documentation and supporting records.
Collaborate with accounting and business teams to resolve identified issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional auditing, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Salary: The starting salary for this full-time role is $18 per hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for growth and increased compensation may be available based on performance, experience, and contribution.
