GLENDALE – CSI Professionals Inc., a Glendale-based Filipino company, renewed its commitment to provide quality service to Filipino and other immigrant communities as it celebrated its 30th anniversary during a press conference on Wednesday, Dec. 30 at its offices.
During the press conference, Marge Ordiales, CSI president, reflected on the company’s decades of service, the upcoming Manila expansion, and the launch of the CSI-MHO Global Foundation as an extension of its mission to serve the Filipino community.
Ordiales and two other members of the CSI leadership team – Rene Sales Martinez, CSI director for strategic partnership, and Katherine Biunyi Gavia, office manager — shared insights into CSI’s rich history, emphasizing the “enduring heart and purpose that have been pivotal to our success.”The CSI team spoke passionately about the personal commitment each member of the CSI staff brings to the table, “fostering a culture where every client is not just a case but an individual with dreams and aspirations.”
“This commitment was not merely a part of our journey but a guiding principle embedded in the fabric of CSI, driving us to go above and beyond in ensuring the success and well-being of those we serve,” Ordiales said.
During the press conference, Ordiales announced plans to establish offices in Manila as she showcased CSI’s strategic vision for global expansion, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing top-notch services to a broader audience.
The leadership team said CSI-MHO Global Foundation was launched as “part of our dedication to making a positive impact beyond employment and immigration services.”
Ordiales said CSI Professionals Inc., a leading California-based and Filipino-run employment agency, is heightening its presence in the Philippine market by targeting to open up a branch office in the country before end-2023.
As part of its global diversification efforts, Ordiales said CSI would reinforce its multi-cultural approach to providing employment to different nationalities, across the globe under the stewardship of CSI’s Director for Strategic Partnerships Rene Martinez.
In July this year, CSI had commissioned its highly-skilled training team, headed by CSI International Business Specialist Anamika Sangwan, to conduct numerous collaboration and information drives in the Philippines.
For the past three decades, the premier employment agency has been posting a steady growth of about 15 percent to 20 percent in terms of permanent job placement for specialized occupations or those with specialized knowledge or bachelor’s degrees.
At present, CSI specializes in employment-based visa petitions: J-1, F-1 (CPT & OPT), H-3, H-1B & Labor Certifications involving EB-3 & EB-2. With these employment-based petitions, international applicants with advance degrees are able to pursue with employment-based change of status and proceed to permanent resident ( or Green Card) later on.
CSI initially started its operation in Chicago, Illinois in 1993, providing legal expert counsel in the field of immigration and employment.
In September 1995, the company put up a Los Angeles branch. Its headquarters, where it serves as its corporate office and training facility, is located in Glendale.
